Bird Proofing Glasgow & Ayrshire
Birds are beautiful creatures that give us happiness and contribute greatly to the ecosystem. However, some birds give more trouble than their contributions and come under the category of pests. Pest birds have been increasing at an alarming rate in the urban areas in the UK and have become one of the major health risks. These birds in large numbers pose various health problems, contaminate products, leave the environment dirty and affect many manufacturing processes. Therefore, there has been an increasing need for pest bird control. Not all birds come under the category of pest birds. In the UK, some of the birds that are classified as pests are feral pigeons, starlings, crows, gulls, house sparrows, magpies, crows, etc.
Our team is specialised in carrying out pest bird control measures across Ayrshire and Glasgow that last for a long period of time. We have installed various bird deterrent systems across Scotland which was found to be very effective in keeping the pests away. Some of our solutions include bird spikes, trapping programs, bird netting, shooting programs, etc. By controlling the birds which come under the pest category a lot of benefits can be achieved. The reduction of birds by pest control can cause a reduction in cleaning and maintenance costs, prevent defacements caused due to droppings, no more fouling on entrances, eliminate the smell, and reduce the risk of transmission of diseases and insect infestation.
